ENCOURAGING WORDS WITH EUGENIA GAMBLE, a ministry of Nipomo Community Presbyterian Church in Nipomo California, is a web ministry of care and support designed to meet spiritual, cultural and discipleship needs of homebound and senior women, who are, for any reason, unable to be as actively involved in community, church and civic activities as they used to be or might wish to be. Encouraging Words provides loving care to homebound women through on-line devotionals, Bible studies, book and DVD reviews, mission craft projects and spiritual resources (including prayers, journal writing help and guided memoir writing). A special page is included with resources for women, or men, whose lives are restricted as caregivers of those who are fragile and/or approaching the end of life.
